1. Who We Are

BullSpot is a product of MikeyJamJam LLC, a Florida-registered limited liability company ("MikeyJamJam LLC," "BullSpot," "we," "our," or "us"). We operate the website bullspot.app and the BullSpot AI crypto intelligence and autonomous trading platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit bullspot.app or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

(a) Information you provide directly:

  • Account details: email address, display name, and password (stored hashed by Supabase Auth).
  • Billing details: MikeyJamJam LLC does not store or process credit card numbers. All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under their own Privacy Policy. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and the last four digits of your card for receipt purposes.
  • Support correspondence: messages you send to support@bullspot.app or via Discord.
  • Optional trading connection data: if you connect a read-only exchange API key (Hyperliquid, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) so the autonomous agent can observe positions, those credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to execute the features you have explicitly enabled.

(b) Information collected automatically:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity collect pageviews, device type, approximate location, referrer, and interaction events. Clarity may record anonymized session replays.
  • Error logs: we log uncaught errors and unhandled promise rejections to debug the application.
  • Cookies and local storage: see our Cookie Policy.

(c) Information from third parties:

  • Affiliate/referral partners (e.g., Reditus) may share referral codes that attribute signups to a partner.
  • Supabase, our backend provider, stores user records and trading data on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

MikeyJamJam LLC uses your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve BullSpot's intelligence and autonomous trading features.
  • Process subscriptions, refunds, and affiliate payouts.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, password resets, product updates you have opted into).
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party machine learning models.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with these categories of recipients:

  • Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN).
  • Payment processors: Stripe, Inc.
  • Analytics providers: Google LLC (GA4, GTM), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity).
  • AI and data providers: the large language model providers powering the BullSpot agent, and public market data APIs (CoinGecko, TradingView widgets, exchange public endpoints). These providers receive only the market data needed to produce a response, not your personal account information.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MikeyJamJam LLC, our users, or the public.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@bullspot.app. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Account and trading data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personally identifiable information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest for sensitive fields, and role-based access control on our backend. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

MikeyJamJam LLC is based in the United States. If you access BullSpot from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may be different from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Children

BullSpot is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on bullspot.app and, for active subscribers, by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
