1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MikeyJamJam LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BullSpot ("MikeyJamJam LLC," "BullSpot," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using bullspot.app or any BullSpot product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BullSpot provides (a) AI-powered market intelligence, consensus signals, and research tools, and (b) an optional autonomous trading agent that can execute Bitcoin and crypto trades on supported venues (including, without limitation, Hyperliquid DEX). BullSpot is a software tool, not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor. BullSpot does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use BullSpot. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BullSpot complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on crypto trading, automated trading, or leverage. MikeyJamJam LLC makes no representation that BullSpot is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys you connect. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@bullspot.app of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription and Payment
BullSpot is offered on a subscription basis at the price displayed on bullspot.app at the time of purchase (currently US$29 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription by emailing support@bullspot.app. Refunds outside the 14-day window are at MikeyJamJam LLC's discretion.
6. Autonomous Trading — Important Risk Acknowledgement
If you enable the BullSpot autonomous agent, you authorize the software to place orders on venues you connect, subject to the limits and parameters you configure. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Automated trading can result in substantial and rapid losses, up to and including the total loss of the funds in your connected account.
- Large language models and algorithmic systems can produce incorrect reasoning, miss market regime changes, or take unexpected actions, especially in volatile conditions.
- MikeyJamJam LLC is not a custodian; BullSpot never holds your funds. All assets remain in your own exchange or wallet.
- You are solely responsible for monitoring the agent, setting appropriate risk limits, and disabling the agent at any time.
- You must only connect funds you can afford to lose entirely.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BullSpot for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, wash trading, or violations of applicable securities or commodities laws.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell BullSpot data or content without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, other users, or our infrastructure providers.
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to your subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, analytics, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on bullspot.app are the property of MikeyJamJam LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BullSpot for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
BULLSPOT AND ALL CONTENT, SIGNALS, AND AUTONOMOUS TRADING FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MIKEYJAMJAM LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, PROFITABLE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIKEYJAMJAM LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF BULLSPOT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MIKEYJAMJAM LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MikeyJamJam LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of BullSpot, your connected trading accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or BullSpot will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Tampa, Florida. You and MikeyJamJam LLC waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual (not class) basis.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on bullspot.app. Continued use of BullSpot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
