BullSpot is a product of MikeyJamJam LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Risk Disclosure is a critical part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user of bullspot.app, whether you use BullSpot's intelligence, consensus signals, or the autonomous trading agent. By using BullSpot, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks described below.

2. Not Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Nothing on bullspot.app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. MikeyJamJam LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or futures commission merchant in any jurisdiction. BullSpot does not know your specific financial situation, risk tolerance, tax status, or objectives. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information you see on bullspot.app.

3. Cryptocurrency Trading Is Extremely Risky

Cryptocurrency and crypto derivatives are among the most volatile assets in the world. Prices can move 10%, 30%, or more in a single day. Leverage — including leverage available on Hyperliquid and other derivatives venues — amplifies both gains and losses. You can lose more than you deposit, be liquidated without warning, and in some cases experience partial or total loss of your funds. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. AI and Autonomous Agent Risk

BullSpot's intelligence, signals, and autonomous trading agent are powered by large language models (LLMs), statistical models, and third-party market data. These systems:

  • Can produce incorrect, outdated, or hallucinated information.
  • Can fail to identify regime changes, black-swan events, liquidity shocks, oracle manipulations, or exchange outages.
  • Can behave unpredictably in adversarial market conditions.
  • May be changed, upgraded, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

If you enable the autonomous trading agent, you are authorizing software to place real orders on venues you connect. You are solely responsible for monitoring the agent, setting appropriate risk limits, and disabling the agent at any time. MikeyJamJam LLC never holds custody of your funds; all assets remain in your own account.

5. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any historical trade records, backtests, accuracy statistics, or performance charts shown on BullSpot reflect past activity and are not a promise or projection of future returns. Two distinct datasets may be displayed on BullSpot: (a) the autonomous agent's live executed trade history, and (b) a separate dataset of consensus signal predictions. These two datasets are not the same and should not be conflated. Details and current sample sizes are shown in the analytics dashboards.

6. No Guarantees

MikeyJamJam LLC makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any data, signal, briefing, or trade shown on bullspot.app. Consensus signals are generated from publicly available content from third-party analysts whose calls may be wrong, conflicted, or stale. Market data is provided by third parties and may contain errors.

7. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Risk

Crypto regulations differ by country and are changing rapidly. Some products (including derivatives on Hyperliquid) may not be legally available to residents of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether using BullSpot and any connected venues is lawful where you live. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including securities, commodities, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules.

8. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of BullSpot does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or trust relationship between you and MikeyJamJam LLC. BullSpot is a software tool you use at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MikeyJamJam LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, or other damages arising out of your use of BullSpot. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with BullSpot is to stop using it and, within 14 days of your initial subscription, request a refund as described in our Terms of Service.

10. Acknowledgement

By using BullSpot you confirm that you have read this Risk Disclosure, that you understand the risks of crypto trading and autonomous agents, and that you accept sole responsibility for any trades placed on your connected accounts.
